Cultivating a Mystic Mindset is perhaps the most important undertaking on the awakening path.  We must learn how to witness our thoughts, process our emotions, and truly enter the temple of our hearts.  Far easier said than done!  Which is why Mystics Rising offers two  programs that will radically heal your mindset and much more:  MYSTIC MISSION and PRAY YOUR WAY.  

MYSTIC MISSION is a 4 month private deep dive into your personal Mystic Mission here on Earth, right now.  We help you clean up your self identity, your mystic skill sets, and your ability to open to yourself and to your unique contributions, the medicine within you.  This program is about claiming sovereignty with Self, the Highest Self, and then embodying that in the world as an example for us all.  It is clarifying, inspiring, and deeply supportive.  

PRAY YOUR WAY is a 4 month private deep dive into your Sovereignty with Source ItSelf.  It address religious / spiritual trauma that might be blocking you from your innate, direct connection to the Voice of the Divine, both within you and all around you.  We help you detox from old, outdated definitions and fully decide what Source means to you and how you 'pray.'  This program is gentle, freeing, and deeply healing.

Mindset Mentorship is offered over the PHONE. 

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes.  They are NOT recorded.

Mantra Yoga is the considered the oldest yogic practice and mantra/song as prayer is prevalent in most spiritual traditions that have existed on Earth.  Mystics Rising offers live weekly group classes in the Membership to support the cultivation of a personal mantra practice that can be used as medicine for life.  

And for those who feel the call to dive deep into these ancient practices, Mystics Rising offers a couple different doorways.  A good place to start is with MANTRA AS MEDICINE or DHARMA DECADE, both are  private customized mentorships over 4 months and are appropriate for beginners.  They include 3 private calls a month as well as the weekly calls within the Mystic Membership.

MANTRA AS MEDICINE is a profound way to 'save yourself' when your heart is heavy, to pray productively, to channel your challenges, to alchemize your emotions, to find clarity, and to pray actively for this world. This program offers powerful pray practices that will help free your voice and authentic expression, allow you to release fear of judgment and rejection, and finally claim your unique spiritual sovereignty.  Learn about the steps of prayerwork, becoming a grid worker, Sanskrit chanting, using malas, plus using the planets and crystals to assist your connection.  This program will address the 'God Stuff' including detoxing outdated definitions and finally reclaiming your sovereignty with Source.  But, if you need more healing on this subject then there's PRAY YOUR WAY to address this.  Details above.  

DHARMA DECADE explores Devotional Discipleship through 6 powerful prayers taken from Christian Mystics, the Yogic Upanishads, and ancient Buddhist prayers.  They are perfect tools for these tumultuous times as they can reduce your suffering and remind you of your purpose.  These prayers are placed on a traditional Catholic Decade (a small rosary with 10 beads), in a very non-traditional way.  Learn to pray for yourself, for others, and for us all through this spiritual deep dive into embodied prayerwork.  This program dives into the "God Stuff" even more deeply, however, many options are given and self sovereignty is always prioritized.  If it's too big of a deal, again, check out PRAY YOUR WAY as an option.

For those more experienced mantra practitioners and those ready for even more mystic magic there  are three additional Level 1 Options: SHAKTI ROSARY, SAUCA MALA, & SANTOSHA ROSARY.  All are 4 month programs.

SHAKTI ROSARY is all about claiming your power, your Shakti, via your holy warriorship and ancient personal lineage.  This empowering  Sanskrit practice harnesses the positive power of the planet Mars, and the Egyptian philosophy of the 42 Ideals of Ma'at, while simultaneously alchemizing your personal and lineage based karma around violence and attack.  This practice brings higher self respect, integration of one's ancestors assistance, reclamation of the feminine power of Shakti, and spiritual discernment.  

SAUCA MALA addresses our sense of unworthiness and need to escape from ourselves and others via addictions or poor behavior habits.  It's a Sanskrit mantra medicine specifically for supporting self improvement and change.  It also explores the concept of Purity and the ritual practices of self anointing and water blessings.  Expect deep self love expansion, deep self responsibility shifts, and a new perspective on what it means to be worthy in this world.

SANTOSHA ROSARY is a practice for surrender, and trust, and the guaranteed contentment that comes from those two ways of being.  This practice is rooted in one's Sovereignty with Source and how you relate with this Higher Power of your personal understanding.  It's all about how you dance with the Divine, both within and all around you, at all times.

Mystics Rising teaches that movement can truly be medicine, and that it is foundational to our awakening. Mystics Rising provides 3 distinct avenues of movement exploration: AWAKEN THRU ASHTANGA (Yoga), PRESENCE THRU PILATES, and MASSAGE AS MEDICINE.  These 4 month intensives each take a physical discipline and apply it to your personal purpose, helping you develop a self disciple lifestyle.  

AWAKEN THRU ASHTANGA is perhaps the most potent of the movement programs and is ideal for those who crave an authentic yoga practice that is memorized and expanded over time.  I have studied Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga extensively for over 20 years and taught this miraculous method to thousands of students worldwide.  No experience or ability required, only willingness to learn and self practice.  

PRESENCE & POWER THRU PILATES is a deep dive into the Pilates Method of Matwork exercises, plus complimentary Yoga and self massage techniques.  This program is way beyond just Pilates, and includes the mindset coaching needed to enlighten your exercise and transform your relationship with your body. I have been a Pilates Instructor and Teacher Trainer for over 20 years and this program includes it all!

MASSAGE AS MEDICINE is the culmination of my 20 year career as a Massage Therapist. Instead of giving you a massage, I can provide you with a medicine cabinet of self massage techniques to address a large variety of body pains/ issues.  Having many injuries myself and working with thousands of clients in severe and chronic pain, trust me when I say I have a body of work to share with you that really does work.  Not only will you receive a self massage toolbox,  but you will learn what's needed to truly relax, this isn't just about techniques, it's about transformation.

Movement Mentorship is virtually over Zoom (or in person in Hilo, Hawaii).
