PRAY YOUR WAY is a 4 month private deep dive into your Sovereignty with Source ItSelf.  It address religious / spiritual trauma that might be blocking you from your innate, direct connection to the Voice of the Divine, both within you and all around you.  We help you detox from old, outdated definitions and fully decide what Source means to you and how you 'pray.'  This program is gentle, freeing, and deeply healing.

MYSTIC FITNESS is the highest level of transformative work I offer and is for those who feel a call within themselves to rise into a level of greatness they know is possible, but haven’t yet attained. It’s for those with an intense longing for transformative change, not just physically but at a soul level. And it’s for those who deeply desire a daily spiritual practice that will fuel their journey through these turbulent times as a modern mystic.  

It consists of 2 parts:  1) a 4-month C.O.R.E. Deep Dive  2) a 7-month Personal Pilgrimage

We begin with a 4 month C.O.R.E. Deep Dive into your 4 bodies - body, mind, heart, and soul - laying down a rock solid foundation via movement, mindset, meditation, mantra, and prayer. We custom create the mystic toolbox needed for you to commune deeply with yourself and your personal mission in life. And, most importantly, we reconnect you to your core essence, your authenticity, and the power you have within yourself to rise into your greatness. This program can be extended or even paused before journeying much deeper with . . . 

PILGRIM WITHIN - a 7-month Personal Pilgrimage into the Temple Within - where we use the 7 Chakras as teachers and guides to radically connect to our Highest Selves and with Source ItSelf. This once in a lifetime journey is a guaranteed game changer when it comes to your ability to heal yourself AND to walk in this world with embodied, radiant authenticity. The medicine of this program is “Healer, Heal Thyself” because that is gift you will receive . . . true agency and spiritual sovereignty.
